Do you accept kitted/consigned PCB assembly and how do I supply my components?
Yes, we offer Turnkey, Partial Turnkey, and Kitted/Consigned PCB assembly service. You can ship the parts to our facility. We would prefer if you can label all the parts with the item # according to BOM and also refer to the quote number when sending the parts to us.

Do you X-ray BGAs?
Yes, we do X-ray inspection for all BGAs and fine pitch leadless components.

What types of testing is done on my assembled boards?
a) Visual Inspection
b) AOI Inspection
c) X-Ray inspection (for BGA’s and fine pitch parts)
d) Functional testing (if required by customer) -
What are the factors that determine PCB assembly pricing?
1. Board quantity
2. Double or single side SMT
3. Lead-free/Leaded
4. Number of SMT pads
5. Number of Thru-Holes
6. Number of BGA/QFN parts -
What files are required for a PCB assembly order?
1. Gerber file, it is used for PCB production
2. BOM file(Bill of Materials). View Sample BOM
3. CPL file(Component Placement List / Pick & Place File (PNP) file), it is used by our automated SMT Assembly machines to determine where each part should be located on the board.
